When a large tanker runs aground on the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Manager Will Stromme and his diving buddy Santo speed out to investigate the damage that has been done to the reef and the local marine life. All is not what it seems however and Will is soon thrown into a dangerous world of art thieves and drug dealers. 

Every time he gets close to what appears to be the truth he finds a series of twists and turns that leave him on the brink and have everyone wondering who they can trust and who the bad guys really are.
